Install : Carried out over 4 weekends in order to reduce the impact to clients business and allow the client to continue to service clients throughout the week.
Scope
Challenge : Old floor with severe concrete damage caused by impact by tools and engine parts, oil contamination, brake fluid and acids. Solution : Grind all contaminations and coatings from existing floor. Repair all damage and cracks on current floor with repair mortars. Install an Oil Tolerant primer to prevent recontamination from oil and resin system failure. Install 6mm pu resin screed for a specified Ferfa 8 rated system giving the maximum protection against impact and chemical resistance, finished with an epoxy 7040 topcoat for an easy clean and gloss finish as client request, finished with new safety line marking throughout.
